Look at the upload number, not just the download. Card machines, security cameras, backups and video calls all send data out, and that is the upload. Most business connections run out of upload long before they run out of download.

Call us. Someone in Wawa answers and can look at your connection while you are on the phone. Outages go on the status page as they happen.
We do not promise a fixed response time in writing on business plans. If your business needs that, it is a wholesale agreement — call and we will tell you whether it is worth it for what you run.

Questions
What is a static IP, and do I need one?
It is an address on the internet that does not change. You need one if you want to reach your cameras, your till system or your office computer from somewhere else. If none of that applies to you, you do not need one. It is included from Business Elite up, and you can add it to Starter or Pro.
Do you install outside business hours?
Where we can, yes. If an install means closing your doors, say so when you book and we will work around it.
Can you connect more than one building?
Often, if both have line of sight to a tower. Call and describe the sites.
Do business plans come with an SLA?
No. Business plans have no service level agreement. A contractual response time and credits come with a wholesale agreement, which is a different product for a different kind of customer. Call us if that is what you need.
Is business service on a separate network?
No. It is the same towers and the same upstream carriers as the residential service. What differs is the upload provisioned and the static addressing.
