What this is
Loon operates its own routing and buys capacity from more than one upstream carrier over more than one physical route. Where that capacity and those routes are useful to another operator, we sell them.

Service level
Wholesale is the only Loon service with a service level agreement. Home and business plans do not have one.
It sets a response time for an outage and what we owe you if we miss it. It does not stop outages happening — nothing does — it sets out what happens when one does.
The terms are in the agreement, not on this page. Response times,
credits and what is excluded are all in it. Call and we will send it over.
